One-hundred and thirty-eight (138) student-participants from 28 schools have successfully passed the cut-off score of 1,125 points for the First Elimination Round of the Reading Competition, which culminated last November 23rd. They are now preparing themselves again for the Second Elimination Round, which will start this coming 7thof December 2020 until 15th of February 2021.

You may click and view some accompanied videos and photos posted in here, which would somehow give you a glimpse as to how some of these student-participants have responded, engaged and discovered the joy of reading. Quite a number of them have finished reading the required fifty storybooks using their mobile phones, iPads, laptops and other gadgets as they have done it either alone or with a little help from their parents and/or teachers.

Indeed, the chosen story books have truly induced children’s interest for reading which many of them find it so delighting and challenging at the same time. In a way, many have enjoyed sharing their experiences in reading and understanding of the story as their videos and photos would show.

Try to follow us, as we will keep you updated of the on-going Second Elimination Round of the competition.

LET US CONTINUE TO SPREAD THE LOVE OF READING!
